That time I used Pinterest... And won!

I see it all of the time on Facebook and Instagram: sad statuses, photos, and Buzzfeed lists with pictures of ideas (or recipes) that came from Pinterest, and looked like such an easy feat at the time, but turned out horribly

But Pinterest has almost always been kind to me. And it's still around, giving out recipes and crafts like candy, so it must have some success stories, right?

RIGHT!

I've made it my mission to try a number of recipes, and report my favorites back when I can! I wanted to share them with everyone as fail proof, delicious, and most of all, not disappointing. How do I choose which ones I'll try? Easy. I pick the ones that don't look like I definitely won't be able to make them.

First up:

Sun-dried tomato, mozzarella, and chicken pasta. Good gracious this one is good. I add a little bit of parmesan cheese, but that is the one and only thing I would ever change. {And it has never failed on me.}

Next on the delish list for this week:

                                                                      &nbs…

                                                                                                                                      Photo courtesy of LittleSweetBaker.com!

Banana-Chocolate Chip muffins. I literally buy bananas and let them get overly ripened so that I can make these muffins. Also, I've been told by three separate friends that these are some of the best muffins they've ever eaten, and one of them is from California, so he's had some pretty great muffins I'm sure.

Next new go-to:

Lasagna rollups. 1) Doesn't squish everywhere when you are trying to serve it. 2) Make them, freeze them, eat them later. 3) Make your best friends love you even more because you gave them lasagna rollups.

And, last (for now):

Homemade Crunch Wraps. These are also extremely perfect. I don't always use beef; sometimes I use frozen, shredded chicken in taco seasoning. Both are always right on point, and I go to this anytime a quesadilla just won't do the job.

Let me know which ones you try and love! I'll post a few more of these next week!

Have fun cooking, good looking!
